Indonesia is a member of Madrid Protocol. Our firm handles provisional refusal by Indonesian Trademark Office for International trademark applications designating Indonesia.
Translation of the application in local language is required. We take care of the translation of the applications from English to local language at our end.

A Power of Attorney, Proof of Right and certified copy of priority document is required but filing of these documents at the time of filing the application is not mandatory and these documents can be filed later also.
